Focus And Scope
The focus of the Kalyana Bhumi Journal is on the documentation of community service activities, in the form of contributions and community service activities written scientifically. Articles published in this journal are in the form of writings with the themes of implementing community service, strategies and techniques for community empowerment, innovations in community service, governance/management of community service, strategies for strengthening campus partnerships with the community and other themes relevant to community service activities. The Kalyana Bhumi Journal also contains scientific research works in the form of research results with the theme of agrarian and spatial planning/regional development that can be applied to community service.
Specifically, the scope and focus of articles published in the Journal (journal name) are:
- Community development: community service activities carried out with the aim of increasing the capacity of a community group based on physical and non-physical assets.
- Community potential-based research: scientific work that describes, analyzes, and finds solutions based on the potential (human resources) possessed by a community group.
- Critical reflection: critical study of community service activities through literature studies.
- Impact activities: describe and argue for planned community service projects/ongoing community service projects and the expected positive impacts of the project.
- Book review: reviewing and analyzing scientific works related to community service, with the aim of finding the essence and benefits practically and theoretically.
- Research results: scientific works in the form of writings resulting from scientific research, particularly those containing content related to the theme of agrarian affairs and spatial planning/regional development and can be applied to community service activities.
